Awujale Stool: Court warns parties to maintain status quo 

An Ogun State High Court in Ijebu-Ode has warned parties in the Awujale stool succession dispute to maintain the status quo. Justice A. A. Omoniyi issued the warning during proceedings on a suit filed by the Fusengbuwa ruling house. Counsel for the ruling house, Otunba Olusegun Otayemi, requested an order to prevent actions that could alter the existing situation. The court's directive aims to preserve the subject matter until the case is determined.
