Ebonyi LG Chair threatens opposition after Gov’s charge

Eze Paul Ituma, the newly sworn-in Chairman of Ohaukwu Local Government Area in Ebonyi State, has issued a stern warning to opposition parties and their supporters ahead of the 2027 general elections. He stated that anyone engaging in political activities against his interests could be declared persona non grata. Ituma, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), made these remarks following a charge by Governor Francis Nwifuru for local government chairmen to secure APC victories in their areas.
