Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State has revealed that a food business he started, selling akara and bread, was generating at least N10 million monthly before he entered politics. He made this disclosure during a state prayer service, recounting how he branded the product as 'Akara Burger' and later expanded into a coffee shop. The business attracted strong patronage from workers, particularly those heading to ExxonMobil, and grew into a major income source.
