Union security workers who provide building security for tech companies including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and Salesforce have authorized a strike. The union, representing around 14,000 workers, is negotiating for better wages and benefits. Anthropic has already advised employees to work from home in anticipation of a potential strike by security personnel.
