President Patrick Herminie chaired a Cabinet meeting in Seychelles on Wednesday, 2nd September, during which several legal and policy memoranda were approved. Cabinet approved amendments to VAT regulations to extend exemptions to construction services related to the assembly and installation of VAT-exempt goods. Cabinet also approved Seychelles hosting the 2nd International Council of Museums Students and Young Professionals Forum from 21 to 23 October 2026.
