University don calls for better credit system for women farmers

Professor Taibat Yusuf, during the 23rd Inaugural Lecture of Kwara State University (KWASU), called for an improved credit system to support women farmers in Nigeria. The lecture, titled 'Empowering Women Farmers in Nigeria: Closing the Gender Gap for Agricultural Transformation and Food Security,' highlighted the need for better financial access for women in agriculture.
