Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has signed the 2026 Appropriation Bill of N1.85 trillion into law, following its passage by the state Assembly. He expressed optimism that the budget would drive development across the state while strengthening cooperation between the executive and legislative arms of government. The signing marks a return to peace in the Assembly.
