A cleric in Edo State and his paternal aunt are in police custody over a case involving a pregnant 16-year-old girl. According to the state commissioner, the aunt regularly visited the cleric's residence for prayers and sometimes left the girl there while she went to the market. The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the girl's pregnancy.
