Residents have expressed relief as the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) begins construction of a 50.73-kilometre rural road in Katsina State. The road will link communities across Katsina, Jibia, and Kaita Local Government Areas, improving transportation and boosting economic activities. The project, awarded to Mutual Commitment Company Limited in December 2025, is expected to be completed within 18 months and will provide easier access for farmers and traders.
