The bill, named 'Budget of Resilience for Growth and Development,' was passed by the State House of Assembly after extensive reviews. At the signing ceremony in Port Harcourt, Fubara expressed gratitude to God, stakeholders, and the Assembly. He emphasized the importance of the budget for the state's development.
