Real Madrid defender Raul Asencio has been acquitted in a case involving the sharing of a sexually explicit video without consent, after the victims forgave him in court. Prosecutors dropped charges against Asencio and reduced sentencing requests for three other former Real Madrid youth players, who were sentenced to one year in prison, suspended on condition of no further offences. The case involved the recording and sharing of sexual videos involving two teenage women, one of whom was underage. Asencio was only accused of sharing the video and was cleared of the charge.
