Gabriel Martinelli has completed a £60 million transfer from Arsenal to Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal, making him Arsenal's record sale. The deal includes a sell-on clause and surpasses the previous record of £40 million paid by Liverpool for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in 2017. Martinelli, who joined Arsenal from Ituano at age 18, leaves after seven years, with the fee representing pure profit for the club. His departure pushes Arsenal's summer player sales beyond £120 million.
