The Federal Operations Unit, Zone A of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has handed over illicit drugs valued at N3.9 billion to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Lagos State and the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA). Three suspects were also handed over in connection with the seizure. The Comptroller of the Unit, Aliyu Gambo, spoke during the handing over ceremony. This action underscores the commitment of customs to combat drug trafficking.
