African Union Commission Chairperson Mahmoud Ali Youssouf signed the Book of Condolences at the Norwegian Embassy in Addis Ababa in honor of His Majesty King Harald V of Norway. He conveyed deepest condolences on behalf of the AU Commission to the Norwegian government and people, paying tribute to the King's life and service. The Chairperson was received by Ambassador-Designate Yngvild Berggrav.
