Microsoft's Xbox will introduce monthly cloud-gaming limits starting in November. Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be capped at 15 hours of cloud gaming per month, with options to purchase additional time. The company cites rising costs of providing cloud gaming as the reason for the change.
