Liberia: President Boakai Nominates Alex Chersia Grant to Public Procurement and Concessions Commission (PPCC) Board

President Joseph Nyuma Boakai has nominated Alex Chersia Grant to serve as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission (PPCC), subject to Senate confirmation. The nomination is part of ongoing public procurement reforms aimed at strengthening Liberia's procurement system. The PPCC Act of 2026 authorizes the President to appoint a seven-member board to provide leadership and policy direction. Grant's appointment would complete the board's composition.
