The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has confirmed that five persons died in a multiple vehicle accident on the Enugu-Onitsha Expressway on Thursday. The crash occurred at the Ugwuonyeama axis, involving a trailer, a commercial bus, and a car. According to FRSC Route Commander Theophilus Okoduwa, the accident involved 25 persons, with 18 injured and five fatalities. The vehicles involved were a Donhfeng trailer, a Mitsubishi L300 commercial bus, and a Honda car.
