Nigeria and the International Energy Agency (IEA) have signed a Joint Work Programme agreement to strengthen their strategic partnership. The pact focuses on developing data for energy policy and investment across the value chain to enhance economic growth and energy security. Vice President Kashim Shettima noted that Nigeria's formal admission to the IEA is a significant step.
