A Federal High Court has scheduled September 9 to hear the bail application of a Brazil returnee, Ikechukwu, who is facing charges of unlawful importation of cocaine. Ikechukwu was arraigned on a one-count charge related to narcotics importation. The court will consider the bail application at the next hearing.
