Oura takes step toward IPO with S-1 filing, revealing $1.4 billion in revenue

Oura, the company behind the Oura Ring, has filed its S-1 paperwork with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a required step toward an initial public offering. The filing reveals that Oura generated $1.4 billion in revenue and $59 million in net income for the one-year period ending in June. Revenue grew 74% year-over-year when comparing the first three quarters of fiscal year 2026 to the same period in 2025. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker 'OURA' and had 5 million paid members as of June.
