Yoruba Leaders of Thought (YLT), a group led by elder statesman Chief Tajudeen Olusi, has commended the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in the August 15, 2026 Osun State election, Bola Oyebamiji, for conceding defeat to Governor Ademola Adeleke. The group said Oyebamiji's acceptance of the result has helped to douse political tension in the state. The commendation comes as the group also seeks a truce in the Oyo APC.
