Pertinence Group, a real estate firm, has advocated for entrepreneurial development to reduce youth unemployment in Nigeria. This was the focus at the graduation ceremony of its Enterprise Training and Resource Center (ETRAC) held in Lagos. Co-founders Sunday Olorunsheyi and Wisdom Ezekiel explained that the ETRAC Programme aims to build core leadership and entrepreneurial skills in young people. Olorunsheyi noted that entrepreneurship requires continuous knowledge exposure and personal responsibility, and encouraged graduates to demonstrate competence, commitment, and character.
