Oando Energy Resources, the upstream subsidiary of Oando PLC, has called for stronger collaboration among governments, regulators, energy companies, and host communities to unlock investment and drive sustainable growth in Africa's upstream oil and gas sector. Kofo Olagunju, General Manager of Security, Government & External Relations, made the call during a panel discussion at AOW: Energy in Accra, Ghana. He emphasized that greater alignment between public and private stakeholders is essential to create certainty for long-term investment. The session included other industry leaders such as Cany Jobe and IK Innocent Kihika.
