The Federal Operations Unit Zone A of the Nigeria Customs Service has intercepted illicit drugs and regulated chemicals with an estimated street value of N3.95 billion. Customs Controller Gambo Aliyu announced the seizures in Lagos, which include synthetic cannabis, cannabis, crystal methamphetamine, tramadol, codeine syrup, and mercury. The items will be handed over to the NDLEA and NESREA for further action. The seizures were made over three months along border corridors and highways.
