Comrade Onu Edoka, former Chairman of the Nigerian Labour Congress in Kogi State, has revealed that the state government releases N150 million monthly to the Pension Commission, totaling about N1.8 billion annually for retirees. Edoka, who currently serves as Special Adviser, made this disclosure while speaking in Ogori Mangogo Local Government Council in Kogi Central. The payment is aimed at catering for pensioners in the state.
