Delta ADC Guber Candidate Demands Withdrawal of Ogboru’s  Nomination

A governorship aspirant of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Usiwoghene Unuafe, has issued a formal pre-action notice demanding the withdrawal of Chief Great Ovdeje Ogboru's nomination as the party's candidate for the 2027 election. Unuafe claims he lawfully emerged from the party's primary held on May 22, 2026. The notice was addressed to the ADC national chairman and INEC. He seeks recognition of his candidature.
