The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu, has expressed support for using public-private partnerships (PPP) to modernize Nigerian Army healthcare facilities. He made this known while receiving a delegation led by former Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai (rtd) at Army Headquarters. The delegation included private sector and international diplomatic partners, and discussions focused on sustainable collaboration to improve healthcare infrastructure. The Acting Director of Army Public Relations, Colonel Apollonia Anele, stated that the engagement explored opportunities for PPP development.
