A court has sentenced five individuals to seven years in prison and ordered them to repay N117.7 million in restitution to Chi Limited, the manufacturer of Chivita and Hollandia products. The judge mandated the repayment as part of the judgment for fraud-related offenses. The convicts were found guilty of diverting funds from the company.
