Nigeria and São Tomé and PrÃncipe have agreed to strengthen cooperation in maritime security, the Joint Development Zone (JDZ), and trade. The agreement was reached during a visit by a Nigerian delegation, which commended São Tomé for conducting peaceful and transparent elections. The enhanced ties are expected to boost bilateral relations and economic collaboration.
