Lagos State University (LASU) has broken its silence regarding an incident in which a student was assaulted outside the campus. The university's spokesperson, Thomas-Onashile, stated that the incident involved students from the College of Medicine in Ikeja and occurred at a privately owned hostel outside the university premises. LASU has not provided further details at this time.
