Bernhard Fritsch, a convicted fraudster who fled to Germany after cutting his ankle bracelet, is now on the FBI's most wanted list. He is accused of diverting at least $7.3 million of investor money to personal accounts, funding luxury items like a Rolls-Royce and a yacht. Fritsch cannot be extradited from Germany, and a $150,000 bounty has been placed on him.
