Abia State University has provisionally lifted the suspension of Professor Nnamdi Nwaeze following a plea from the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU). The decision ends a major dispute between the lecturer and the university administration. The lifting of the suspension allows Nwaeze to resume his duties while further discussions are held.
