Kaduna State has risen from eighth to second in Nigeria's ease of doing business ranking, according to Hon. Audu Maikori, Chief Strategic Adviser on Inter-Governmental Affairs. He attributed the improvement to reforms under Governor Uba Sani, including security stabilisation, mining sector restructuring, and infrastructure investment. Maikori spoke on Channels Television's Business Incorporated programme.
