The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has expressed readiness to support the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) with biometric verification technology. JAMB Registrar Prof. Segun Aina led a delegation to INEC headquarters in Abuja, seeking to leverage INEC's experience in biometric identification for large-scale verification. Aina noted that INEC may have biometric equipment no longer in active use and requested its availability to enhance JAMB's examination integrity.
