President Bola Tinubu has approved a relief package of 450 million naira for 18 business owners affected by the fire at SPAR Mall in Calabar, with each receiving 25 million naira. First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu announced the intervention during a visit to Calabar, stating it aims to cushion the impact of the inferno. Additionally, 50 million naira was given to the Cross River State Governor's wife for women's groups, and 15 million naira to women who welcomed her, bringing total intervention to 515 million naira.
