Shooting Stars of Ibadan secured a 1-0 victory over Tunisian side CS Sfaxien in their CAF Confederation Cup match at the MKO Abiola Sports Arena in Abeokuta. Lucky Emmanuel scored the only goal in the 25th minute. Despite pressure from CS Sfaxien in the second half, the Shooting Stars defence held firm. The win gives Shooting Stars an advantage ahead of the second leg next weekend.
