Plateau State Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang has called on the people of Bashar Chiefdom in Wase Local Government Area to set aside longstanding disagreements over traditional leadership and embrace unity, peace, and development. He made the appeal during a courtesy visit from the newly reinstated Reckna of Bashar, HRH Alhaji Abdullahi Idris, who led a delegation of traditional leaders and stakeholders. Mutfwang described the resolution of the leadership dispute as a new beginning and stressed that the reinstatement should not be seen as a victory for one faction but as an opportunity to rebuild trust. He urged residents to close ranks and work together for the progress of the chiefdom.
