The Anambra State Police Command has arrested a 26-year-old man, Kosisochukwu Ibekwe, in connection with the murder of 23-year-old nursing student Vivian Chilaka. The suspect was taken into custody on September 4 following credible information, according to Police Public Relations Officer SP Tochukwu Ikenga. The arrest has exonerated the deceased's landlord, who was earlier interrogated. The murder, which occurred on June 14, had sparked widespread public outcry.
