Gary Moss, a 62-year-old blind man from Puyallup, Washington, took his first ride in a driverless Tesla Cybercab with his son David Moss at the vehicle's launch event in Austin. Moss, who lost his sight five years ago, expressed that such autonomous vehicles could help him regain independence. The Cybercab, which has no steering wheel, was made available to the public following the event.
