Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, the Labour Party's 2023 vice-presidential candidate, has stated that none of President Bola Tinubu's major opponents in the 2027 presidential election has the capacity to improve Nigeria. Speaking on the MicOn Podcast, Baba-Ahmed said that Tinubu's challengers, including Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar, have been associated with political parties and administrations that contributed to Nigeria's current condition. He advised Tinubu to prepare to hand over but not to those contesting against him.
