Troops of the Joint Task Force, Operation Whirl Stroke, have arrested a suspected kidnapper and rescued one victim in operations conducted in Benue and Nasarawa states. The operations were part of ongoing efforts to curb criminal activities in the region. The suspect is currently in custody for further investigation. The rescued victim has been reunited with family.
