The Federal Government has expressed support for the Lagos International Financial Centre, aiming to attract global capital. Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, inaugurated a committee to coordinate this initiative, following a directive from President Bola Tinubu. The move is part of efforts to boost Nigeria's financial sector.
