The Lagos State Government, through the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), donated two patrol vehicles to the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) to enhance security around railway infrastructure. The vehicles were presented to NRC Managing Director Dr. Kayode Opeifa at the Mobolaji Johnson Train Station in Yaba, Lagos. They will support police and civil defence personnel in patrolling railway corridors and responding to security incidents. Opeifa said the vehicles will improve mobility and response times.
