The Minister of Information, Alhaji Mohammed Idris, has endorsed the second term bid of Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, contrary to speculations in the political circle. Idris made his support known during a solidarity visit to the governor in Minna, where he also drummed support for the reelection of President Bola Tinubu. He commended the governor's development initiatives and concluded that his performance deserves continuity in office. Idris praised Bago's 'New Niger Agenda' and the achievements recorded since the inception of his administration.
