GSTC Kwali wins science competition, gets N500,000 prize

The Government Science and Technical College (GSTC), Kwali, has won the Science Quiz and Debate Competition for secondary schools in Kwali Area Council of the FCT, taking home a cash prize of N500,000. The competition was organized by the wife of the council chairman, Mrs. Abigail Nuhu Daniel. Government Secondary School (GSS), Bako, came second in the science quiz and received N300,000, while GSS Kwali placed third and received N200,000. In the debate competition, GSS Yangoji emerged first and received N400,000. Mrs. Daniel said the initiative aimed to inspire students and encourage them to consider science and technology careers.
