The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has reunited a missing six-year-old boy, Haneem Hussaini Bello, with his parents in Abuja. Commissioner of Police Ahmed Mohammed Sanusi handed over the child to his parents at the command headquarters over the weekend. The child was found wandering around the NNPC Towers in the Central Business District on September 4, 2026, and was taken to the command. The discovery followed an appeal for public assistance. The boy had told police he came to Abuja from Bauchi State with his mother and siblings for the summer break and became separated from his family after going to the Central Mosque for Friday prayers.
