Police in Nigeria have arrested four relatives of a village head in connection with his murder. According to a statement by Abiodun, the suspects confessed to attacking the village head, Barde, because they were dissatisfied with his decision regarding a previous incident involving Umar. The arrests were made following an investigation into the killing.
