A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bauchi State, Khamis Musa Darazo, has stated that the governance style of former Kaduna State Governor Nasiru El-Rufai affected the entire state, not just Southern Kaduna. Darazo made this clarification in response to remarks by Minister of Defence Christopher Musa, which some commentators had interpreted as referring exclusively to Southern Kaduna. He emphasized that grievances about El-Rufai's administration were felt across Kaduna State.
