Adeleke’s victory faces tribunal battle as APC, PDP file petitions

The All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have filed separate petitions challenging the victory of Governor Ademola Adeleke in the Osun State governorship election. The APC's petition, marked EPT/OS/GOV/01/2026, was filed by its candidate Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, against Adeleke, the Accord Party, and INEC. The tribunal will now hear the cases to determine the validity of the election results.
