A Nigerian lawmaker, whose name was not disclosed, has denied allegations of sponsoring banditry, stating that the case is already before a court in Niger State. The lawmaker claimed that political opponents have been promoting these allegations since 2024. He maintains his innocence and is cooperating with the judicial process.
